Sarooj has grown since its inception and undergone several transformations to remain lean in today's industry. 

One of the characteristics that has not changed throughout the years is Sarooj's commitment towards its People "the Sarooj family". 

Being part of this family comes with its own set of responsibilities and benefits. We have recently revised our code of conduct to include more clarity on where we stand in terms of Human Rights, Anti-Bribery & Corruption and General Workers Welfare, all of which are derived from the Sarooj Vision, Mission, and Values. 

Sarooj is fully compliant to the Human Rights act of both the UK and the USA. This is one of the many reasons why Sarooj is the preferred partner for companies such as British Petroleum, Occidental Oman, as well as many other international companies who share the same commitment towards Human Rights.

In line with its Vision Mission and Values, Sarooj has also spearheaded many initiatives geared towards raising awareness amongst its subcontractors and peers regarding the responsibility that employers hold towards their personnel in particular and the community in general.


These initiatives tackled issues including but not limited to; Freedom of movement, Recruitment fees, Modern Slavery.
